The Zarpentine family farm has been a local attraction for decades—offering fresh produce, baked goods, and family activities including pumpkin picking and the largest corn maze in New York State. History: This conservation easement was granted to Genesee Land Trust and the Town of Parma by Ron Zarpentine in the fall of 2018. The funding of this project was provided from the Environmental Protection Fund as administered by the New York State Department of Agriculture and Markets.
